For RMA quality is a philosophy of working, shared by all its employees.
Getting UNI EN ISO 9001- 2008 certification has surely been an important goal, but not the last one.
Were committed to fulfil the expectations of quality from our customer delivering on time superior quality products, at very competitive price .
To achieve this, we:

- give quality and customer services the same emphasis as the financial and productivity aspects of business, quality is more important then quantity;
- invest in new technology and innovation;
- are engaged to long term commitment: always looking for little changes on a regular basis in order to improve productivity and reducing wastes, continuous
   improvement;
- provide each employee with the training tools skill and motivation
- encourage people to come up with new ideas, however small, that could improve her/his job activity;
- empower the work force so that everyone is responsible for achieving the goal of high quality products;
- involve suppliers in the process of achieving the standards of quality requested by the customer.
